Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding restricted areas in Asia and select remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your Montirex gear fits perfectly and meets your performance expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items must be free from any odors, stains, or damage

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Caps & Headwear (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Crop Tops (intimate apparel category)
  • Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Products with removed tags or original packaging

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include “Return Request” in your subject line.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional instructions if needed

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved, carefully package your items including:

  • All original items in their original condition
  • Original packaging and tags
  • Copy of your return authorization
  • Original receipt or order confirmation

Step 4: Track Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
  • Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item for approved exchanges
  • International Returns: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process

Please mark international packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

Exchange Process
